Nonetheless, this recording of Hopkins's first acoustic sessions was met with immediate critical acclaim and soon became recognized as a blues classic/5(13).

  8. The first LP featured is "Lightnin' Strikes", the LP on Vee Jay. This track LP version lacks the 4 bonus tracks featured on the import Charly Records release which I own. Those 4 bonus tracks come from an old live Vee Jay LP called "Coffee House Blues", so if 4/5(1).
